What I Thought: I enjoyed this. Easy reading.

What I Thought: Loved it as it's set rather local to me so that always sucks me in!

Book: Chrissy and the Burroughs Boy

What I Thought: A nice little novella here. Very sweet. 

Book: Wayward Heart

What I Thought: Another enjoyable rural romance although I think the series is done. You can only read so much about the same little town.

What I Thought: A nice quick easy read. Devoured in an arvo! Enjoyed it.

Book: April's Rainbow

 What I Thought: This didn't quite flow for me but I could see what the author was trying to get across so enjoyed it but it just lacked something...

Book: Summer and the Groomsman

Summary: After yet again nearly colliding with an escaped horse while driving home to the family farm, Harry Argyle comes face-to-face with its pretty owner, and doesn’t hold back his disapproval.
Confronted by a bad-tempered giant on a dark country road, beautician and new arrival in town Summer Taylor doesn’t know who to be more afraid for: herself or her darling horse Binky. It’s not her fault Binky keeps escaping. The alcoholic owner of the paddock she rents won’t fix the fence and Binky can be sneaky when it comes to filling his stomach. But no matter how big and muscled the bully, she refuses to be intimidated.
When Harry’s wedding party book a session at the day spa where Summer works, both she and Harry are horrified to be paired together. Grudgingly, they agree to make the most of it – only for the session to spiral into disaster. Realising he’s made a dill of himself in front of sweet Summer yet again, Harry vows to set things right.
Summer isn’t about to easily forgive the man who called her horse stupid, no matter how brave and kind, but with everyone on Harry’s side, even fate, resistance is hard. Can these two find love or will Summer’s wayward horse put his hoof in it again?




What I Thought: A quick read - nothing too special though! Love her full length novels better.

Book: The Falls

 What I thought: Another great little read - naturally far fetched but hey I gotta escape!

Book: Rocking Horse Hill

What I thought: A lovely easy read. Still cant decide if I like how the Felicity story ended though...

Book: Heartland

What I thought: A beautiful rural romance. Loved it! And as it was set only a few hours down the road I felt like I really knew the place.

Book: Heart of the Valley

Summary: Brooke Kingston is smart, capable and strongwilled – some might even say stubborn – and lives in the beautiful Hunter Valley on her family property. But with every day that Lachie stays, Brooke's future on the farm is more uncertain. Will she be forced to choose between her home and the man she's falling for?

What I thought: OMG. I loved this book. Stayed up until the wee hours of the morning to finish it. I'm not a huge horse type person but this one had me suckered right in. Highly recommend!

Book: Promises

What I thought: Loved it! Another awesome country romance. I just so can't get enough of these. There are so many new authors coming onto the scene it's hard to keep up with them all!
